- Your Email Address

- Subject:  Sermon CD Order Request

- Category: Please select "To Request Resources" from the drop-down list

- Message:  Please type a brief message with as much detail as possible concerning the Sermon CD's that you are requesting (e.g. Sermon Title, Date you heard it on the radio broadcast, etc.).  Also, add your phone number just in case we need to contact you for more detail.
